TIP #9 • It could be you. It is always possible to move forward. There is always someone who exceeds a limit. It could be you, or someone else. TIP #10 • Strengths. Focus on your strengths. When you are looking back to your efforts in a match or a race, notice and put to your memory the moments abd actions you performed well. TIP #11 • Good memories. Bring your memory of something you have done well and are especially pleased with, to the next contest/game/workout. TIP #12 • Possibilities. See the possibilities, not obstacles. The opportunities are always close to the barriers. The goalkeeper is the obstacle - the net is possible. The height of the bar is the obstacle - the air above is the possibility. The opponent is the barrier - you're the possibility.
